My Bank Balance is incorrect
Your Bank Balance is automatically calculated, based on past transaction history. However, your bank and cash balances automatically start at zero on the date you create your account. You will need to manually enter your Bank or Cash balance when you first create the account, to ensure it is correct.
If you need to reset or change your Bank Balance, you can do this as follows:
- Click on Your Accounts in the main menu
- Click to Edit the relevant account
- Enter today’s current, cleared balance
- When you’re ready, click Save
All Done!
Note: “Today’s cleared balance” means to enter the balance currently shown by your bank. As you add transactions, the balance will then be automatically adjusted into the future – and should continue to match your actual bank balance.
